Viridian Reveries is the independent studio of Michael Carychao, an artist-engineer in Berkeley. I design and build creative tools, playable worlds, and films, bringing storytelling, software, and physical invention into the same practice.
The work ranges from AI-powered writing tools and immersive music experiences to VR games and connected toys. I collaborate with artists, founders, and teams to turn unusual ideas into things people can use, watch, and play.
